Lol even Belle approve him doing that. The blue fairy is actually the true villain of the show, she did nothing and only try to help though with good heart. People might think light is always good but sometimes it’s even more malicious than darkness

How is Blue the true villain in this?! She turned August (Pinocchio) into a real boy, helped out Snow and Charming several times, she was only following the rules when she took away Tinkerbell's wings but she gave them back to her, and she NEVER killed anyone.

Lol belle did not approve.. which is why she asked why he did that to her.. but she let it because well, she really can't do anything for blue.. and rumple did say he will return her magic once this is over.

My biggest gripe with her would be her leaving Rumple with Malcolm after what he said about him. Kinda like a social worker leaving a kid with Foster parents who explicitly state their hatred for kids

"I'm sorry..." Yeeeah, as good as an action you just did there, I kind of have trouble believing you with this.

Great scene between Gold and Gideon, but Belle is such a self-righteous hypocrite saying "for once you put our son first" and "if you can make the right choice after all the wrong you've done". This was classic Rumplestiltskin doing a wrong thing for a right reason, using darkness for light just like he said he intended to do in the underworld when she flipped out on him, yet there she stands pretending that it was somehow out of character for him and that it fell into her black and white idea of "the right thing". He didn't do "the right thing", he did what he's been doing ever since he became the Dark One, what he was doing when he manipulated Regina into casting the curse: he put his son before everything and everyone else and before his own rightness, something heroism obsessed Belle wouldn't do in a million years.

Yes he was always motivated by love But there was also sometimes a secondary motive thanks to dark magic being as addictive as it is And it’s always been difficult to tell which time is which But here there’s literally nothing else it could be so she knows what to believe
@contessa88172 жыл бұрын
Uhh no. He had to manipulate regina because HE failed to jump in with his son in the portal. From the very beginning rumple has always shown to choose power over everything else.
@emergencyCALL9112 жыл бұрын
@@contessa8817 How is that relevant? His motivation in manipulating Regina was still to get back to his son, regardless of whether he wouldn't have been in the situation if he had made better choices to begin with. You could just as well say that he only had to take the Blue Fairy's magic because he failed to protect Gideon from the Black Fairy in the first place. How they got there doesn't change what his motivations were once the situation existed.
@contessa88172 жыл бұрын
@@emergencyCALL911 it's relevant because you keep making it a point that he has always been driven by his son. Which is not true. All through out the series he has proven to always choose power over his loves. It was only spending a lifetime with belle did he truly finally gave up on it and was actually finding a way to get rid of the dark one's power.
@emergencyCALL9112 жыл бұрын
@@contessa8817 With Belle he just traded one addiction for another. They had an extremely unhealthy relationship and she basically manipulated him into a suicide pact at the end. It was Gideon in season 6 that actually inspired him to find redemption. In trying to pull Gideon out of the darkness so he wouldn't end up like him, he ended up finding a way out himself (until Belle ruined it in season 7 by orchestrating a scenario where they both effectively committed suicide and abandoned Gideon).
