Juan isn't stealing from anybody to give back to the poor; he's earning the money and then giving it away. There's a pretty big difference in both of those approaches.

This channel is amazing and all the generosity over the years has been beyond inspiring. I don't want to sound like a sourpuss but I would be cautious telling anyone that "everything is free today" at a restaurant. Just because they actually might call their friends and tell them to come thinking they can eat for free. It may save someone a little disappointment and of course no one will say you mislead them. I mean yeah it seems trivial but misconceptions might be made when you say "management" is giving back etc.
