THC15A Timer Setting

The instructions says that the battery needs to charge before use. Do you know how long this takes? I've had mine hooked up to power for 3 hours now & still nothing? Does the light come on when it's charged?

There is a rechargeable battery inside. When unboxing product, LCD light on. It's mind that battery can long save power without charged. 3 hours is more than enough. Better if you open the box and check battery connection. Maybe bad contact or expired/broken battery.
