I have to say, I have differing opinion on pricing. The base Stingray to the base Z06 is $40k difference. That's with only a measly 165 hp increase and 5 lb-ft of tq less. The difference from Z06 to ZR1 power wise, is almost 400 hp. More than double the power increase from Stingray to Z06. Tq-wise, the difference is significant, it goes from 460 lb-ft of tq to 828 lb-ft of tq. Which is 368 lb-ft of tq difference. That is a substantial difference. All the cooling, the water to air cooling, plus a set of turbos, and improvements to the transmission. I'm not seeing Chevy selling the base ZR1 for less than $200k MSRP. I'd wager if rumors are true, and they limit production considerably. The ZR1 will be had at around $230k base MSRP.
