Ok.....but.... Why use dairy?? Because stigmasterol is a very common plantsterol. Found in many plants, nuts, and seeds. So why do the dairy. I mean doing proper research will demonstrate this. I mean it's also found in seaweed. Which is a huge contributor of why cultures who eat seaweed have longevity benefits!! Jeffery....⚘️

Love raw milk, raw kefir, raw cottage cheese. We personally know and trust the farmer we buy it from. One word of warning… if you have never tried raw milk, start slow. My husband and I started with 1 tbsp per day for 3 days, then doubled that for 3 days, etc. up to 1/2 cup a day for 30 days then we drank as much as we wanted. I struggled for about 12 days because my gut was already messed up. My husband didn’t have any problems because his gut was already healthy.

Thank you for the tip! I’m going to look into this, as dairy is inflammatory for me.. however I recognize that raw milk is completely different. I’ll research the farmer as well… Final question : is there a certain smell I should look for? Or color? I’m wondering how I should approach the quality of it all…

I am not a doctor and cannot give medical advice, but my functional doctor is well-versed on the benefits of raw milk and thought it was a good idea. I was able to have raw milk from a farm at one time. I let the cream rise undisturbed, removed the hard cream, set aside more cream than I wanted in the milk. I used it to make yogurt, rice pudding, and crèam brûlée. I read in ayurveda if milk is twice cooked, it makes ama. I read about pasturization. If I made these cooked milk recipes I have pasturized milk, not twice cooked milk. It was my experience the recipes are better, and I had no reaction to the milk. I got the milk from a 'dairy of merit' farm that had healthy brown swiss A2 animals and hygenic conditions for the commercial dairy buyer. This avoids additives for the extended more recent 30-day standard shelflife for milk, and it avoids utrapasturized milk I am reasonably convinced causes 'leaky gut'. If you can, I suggest you find heritage cows tested A2 and do what I did. I was told go early, before the commercial dairy truck, and take a clean 1 gallon glass jar and lid. I drove up early, and for 50¢ I had this high quality milk. I have heard some dairy farmers have formed their own commercial dairy because the 30-day standard brought on all these commercial milk shelf life practices, considered unhealthy for good reason. I suggest you may like to try these good fresh milk practices I have described.

Jersey milk can be, but most have both A1 and A2 beta casein. Jersey is one of the breeds with the highest percentage of A2A2 cows, but the majority are still A1A2. Unlike Holsteins, which are predominately A1A1. Also, goat milk has a different molecular structure that allows it to be more quickly and completely digested. This same difference in structure is what accounts for goat milk's natural homogenization. But you are definitely right about Jersey milk being one of the most delicious and healthy cow's milks🥛 .

How is turmeric good for us if it’s one of the highest oxalate foods out there, not to mention most of it has high levels of lead? My theory is that when joints start aching or the body is registering any pain, the turmeric loads the body up with more oxalates causing it to lock down any circulating oxalates by storing them while lessening the inflammation response on the area(s) of pain temporarily. I wish they’d study this more cause I think we’re killing ourselves with all these oxalates but unfortunately there’s no money in it.

Do you know what is funny about the UK? The UK has raw milk. The average American hates raw milk. Think it is weird. The milk I drank and used growing up in the UK tasted better than most milks in USA grocery stores. The closest thing to it is A2 milk. It never made me fat or have gut problems like folks in the USA.

Love your work Thomas. You changed my life. You really should question the Darwinian Evolution hypothesis. Not saying it's fake, but no transitional fossils, carbon dating and isometric dating are based on false assumptions. And so on and so forth. I recommend Kent Hovind vs Michael Shermer debate. It's kinda like the same situation where, the vast majority of nutritionist and doctors come out of school thinking "fats are bad" in a sense. Well, if you think that this kind of backwards, unscientific thinking isn't pervasive throughout the education system, you'd be mistaken. I saw it getting my degree. Studying Econ and Finance, we took a scientific approach to Econ, and thorough investigation made one approach obviously superior, statistically and logically. However, if you weren't careful, and didn't have the right professor like I did, you were most likely to end up believing the inferior thesis, which briefly admitted defeat in the statistical realm before explaining their convoluted, confusing, and incorrect, but believable, thesis, actually had merit. Funny enough, this Econ theory, if you go far enough down the rabbit hole, explains how the education system has become so backwards. But I digress. The point is, the backwards nature of the education system also appears to apply to the study of Biology. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think so. I tried very hard to prove Darwinian Evolution right. But quite frankly, the evidence I can find in it's favor is very weak. Regulatory genes are interesting, but it does not even come close to filling all the holes in this hypothesis. And the number of Evolutionists who shirk the scientific method by saying "it's not a debate" backs up what I say about the education system, that kind of brainwashes in this backwards thinking. While it may be suicidal to your intellectual credibility to talk about this in a video, if you've never questioned this hypothesis, it may be an interesting rabbit hole, and fun intellectual challenge, to try to prove it and disprove it. Good luck!

Fun fact: raw milk never goes bad it never gets sour. Unlike the expired milk at the store which get sour and nasty because of the bad bacteria in it. You have a better chance at getting sick from the grocery store then you do from that raw milk.
