Maybe you should think about mentioning that most shadow pokemon from raids (poliwrath for example) have terrible pvp ivs for GL and UL, that you cant change, since you cant trade shadows

Both Kyogre and Groudon are the best in their own type. For raids specificially I prefer Groudon. Kyogre has some other nice advantages. It depends on what you plan on doing with them
