All 3 leader mons are usable without needing to remove frustration via tm. Raid counters only have one best combo of fast and charge move. Just add 2nd move and tm. Remove frustration later. The other two are pvp/battle relevant only. Sableye is most relevant purified, shadow vic can easily be ran with either only acid spray or leaf tornado.

RNG really doesn’t feel random mist if the time. I’ve battled hundreds and bloody hundreds of grunts and leaders over the years and never….not even once had a shiny shadow anything, not even from shadow raids. Niantic says it’s RNG but it’s sooooo not, the people who pay to play get definitely get better odds. (of the record never to be admitted of course) and anyone who says that’s not the case obviously pays to play and has had “RNG” on their side.

probably a galarian articuno! super rare spawn from daily incense, they are insanely hard to catch and run away 9/10 times if they break out! keep trying (: ultra ball + golden berry + excellent throw is your best bet
