Next dynasty, super big important part to notice is the development trait of a recruit. Normal is the worst, then it’s goes impact, star, and elite. Even a freshman 66 overall with elite development is worth starting over a sophomore impact

Next year you should target 7-10 4 stars to start off, send the house on as many as you can, then hard sell as soon as you have all 3 of their interests unlocked. Don't bother with 5 stars unless they're already interested in you and if a bigger school is going after your 4 stars just cut your losses and focus the resources elsewhere. Focus on quality over quantity initially to get them to commit early then branch out mid-late season to start working on 3 and 4 stars who don't have offers yet. Great series bro, can't wait for the next episode!

This Series Is Teaching Me A Lot. 1- The best qb you can get is a scrambler with some throwing ability. 2- Scramble When You Need To, Throw The Ball When You Need To. Brett, recruiting tip: When competing for 5 and 4 stars, send the house and max out points on those guys first. Then once you can, Hard sell them if your categories match their ideal pitch Hard Sell > Send the house plus you get 10 points back because it only costs 40 hours. Also, when making your schedule, try to save the brunt of your home games for mid season to late in the season to get as many recruits on visits as possible. Home games in weeks 1, 2, and 3 are pointless for recruiting. Hope this helps! You da goat!

TD the best strategy is if you more than half way behind 1 or 2 schools get rid of them. And search for high star recruits that aren't being looked at. Diamond in the Roughs so to speak.

Pro tip : in recruiting watch out what state tier rank you have amongst the other schools . Because they will start looking at the prospect more and have a 5 pink tier and you will have a 2 silver tier and will lose out on the recruit .

If you want great recruiting classes be aggressive early and leave no hours on the board any week and don’t waste time scouting 4-5 stars, they are good, all of them. Sell your “sell the house” to get visits for the players as they pop up, add the 10 hours back, then sell the house on them again next week. If you have hours left while players you want are on the board you will probably lose them. Build a recruiter coach and hire motivators for XP bumps.

You can get better at recruiting TD. Schedule more visits & shorten your board so you can budget your recruit points better. Pick up players and just throw an offer if they aren’t being scouted. Once you bump up to the top 5, start making your moves. You’re missing out because you’re choosing the wrong pitch & not scheduling visits. Even in off season. Visits are sometimes more important than a pitch

Brett. Here’s a ai game tip. Pick a d lineman on defense. Do not make any adjustments. Simply let the ai play defense. You will see that you will stop them way more consistently than you currently do. The game is set to react to all your adjustments. A human cannot but the computer ai can. Give it a try.
