I agree with Madseason. And... I love you Bajheera but you're a streamer who constantly has people following you around and assisting you in anything you need. The average player has a completely different experience, most of us are probably lonely which is why we're playing an MMO to begin with.

Blizzard appeased people that were complaining so they made most aspects of the game while leveling and in the open world solo friendly but now the same people are complaining that there is no reason to be social. The game is different because people wanted it to be different. Difference between madseason or any classic people and actual players are that some play the game and some just complain about it.

Bahjeera has really gotten out of touch with the reality of what most peoples lives are, and this is part of that. He has had many bad takes lately that just reek of a privileged life. I am not saying he did not work hard to get to where he has, but i think he has forgotten what its like to have to struggle in any way. Take here, he ias basically saying '' nah i dont buy it, i always have people to play with, i always have pocket healers and god geared players in my groups. I have networks and connections with the best players in the world, therefore people cant be lonely while playing MMO's'' Sure, that is his experience, but the average person has none of that available to them.

He doesnt delve into the negatives in video games most likely for his own mental health. and yeah he got his stream if he needs help and friends on his server. we have to deal with all the plebs...

I mean this with no disrespect but treat wow how you would treat life. In real life to network you have to put yourself out there and be able to provide value in order to join a network of some sort. I guarantee you that if you are top 50 on arena people will find you and will want to play with you. ✌️

Man one of my fav random mmo moments was when Blade&Soul dropped and I was insta hooked and grinding hard. I was around 42 and didnt see a single player in my zone and I get a random invite from Bajheera which I naturally assumed was a guy that took your name so I had to pull the stream up and sure enough it was you. We did like 40 mins of qst grinding then the zone went back to being dead.

I agree with Bajheera, too many people aimlessly going through life and it shows in wow. Set goals and enjoy the journey. PS. We need more good pvpers so we can have a world tournament again :D
@olfan927 ай бұрын
This is what i was talking about on your stream. people thinking ''you know everything about wow so you will speedrun raids now'' when people are comparing pre nerfed raids on classic to the original game. people arent clearing raids faster in classic because of knowledge, but because they have been nerfed. i mean just look at the dps difference from a molten core run in 2004 to a classic molten core run, the dps on classic is 2-3 times higher than the dps in vanilla. most likely because bosses armor and stats in general have been nerfed so you do more dps in classic.

The main thing to raise for mmorpg Wow is the way the player expresses himself through the combat archetypes (Classes and Specializations, Factions and Races) of the game. The player must make a meaningful choice, express and test himself in the context of the participation of other players making their choice. The game world itself should be oriented towards an open world, assuming an abundance of diverse circumstances in which players experience their adventures. Game immersion should not consist in the choice of animation, entourage. The player should not suppress the game archetypes and put forward the idea of personal universal competitiveness.

Didn't season 3 of Dragonflight have Legion numbers? I feel positive about WOW going into the next expansion.

The thing people forget is during the old days is wow was easy. Like two button rotation easy. There was nothing to do in the game but sit there and talk to ppl. Lots of ppl day lfd/lfr killed the game but it wasn't forced.

bruh you are terminally online, if u wanna know why wow community is fucked is because society changed for the worse. everyones an anti social loser these days.

Bajheera forgets he's a video game personality aka famous and other ppl are attracted to that and most ppl know him in the WoW community. So he wont have the same experience as someone that is considered a random nobody.

All I can say from my own experiences, Retail compared to Classic (vanilla, BC, wrath and Cata). I have way more interaction with players in the classic era. It just feels more like an MMO.
@sulfurrr21177 ай бұрын
That’s definitely true. Retail’s community is more connected through outside media rather than in game. Just a reflection of how times are now while classic is a reflection of how times were in ‘04.

My friends (who quit WoW a long time ago) always make fun of me because in a raid, my mentality is if I’m not first, I’m last (when it comes to the DPS meter). I literally get so competitive, I look at other raid members as my opponents that I’m competing AGAINST. Honestly, if the DPS meter was banned by Blizzard, I’d quit WoW. I don’t really think gear or mounts are impressive anymore. Not like they were to me back in Vanilla and TBC, at least. The competitive factor is definitely the main reason I have played every expansion on and off for 20 years. I’m definitely no world top 100 by any means, but I make it my business to be number one in any raid group I’m running with. Hell, I’ve been in guilds that I have raided with for over a year and only said a few things ever in raid chat or Discord. My numbers always get me invited back every week. Relationships in the game are not the reason I play. TLDR; get the gear. Beat everyone in damage on the meters. Just my two cents! ❤
