I know this is a long one folks, but i had so much fun with the food that I didn't want to cut any content, and it kinda turned into a mukbang! So, whether you watch 2 minutes or the full 25, I really appreciate it. Please be respectful in the comments, and leave any political bias at the door...As with all my videos, this is just intended as a piece of entertainment, and the mini-eulogy at the start is just my way of paying some respect to those that sacrificed so much in both world wars; regardless of allegiance, creed or caste. It's intentions are sincere and without bias or the intention to cause any offence. The white poppy overlaid in the bottom left corner articulates respect for those who gave service, while also exalting values of pacifism in the hopes to avoid any similar tragedies in future.

I’m watching this today, over 4yrs since you published it and as a former British soldier I have to say well done. My ration packs were in 1990 so they have definitely changed for the better it seems. Also, they are full of starch as the military don’t want soldiers crapping their pants instead of fighting so well done, however how long before you pooped afterwards…..lol. Also thank you for the comments at the start. We all gave a promise to give our lives if necessary for the country we loved.

One of my Ukrainian cousins joined the AFU, he really liked just about all British stuff, he liked the NEEd and the French ones, I quickly schooled him on frogs legs and snails lol. He really liked our uniform and kit, particularly the summer uniform. He spends about a month of extra training a couple of months ago trying to buy it at the ex army stores\used armed forces shop things in the base. I said why didn't you mention it? There's a shop that before my mobility got white would be in walking distance lol. Just under £100 later he has plenty. I did feel a bit thick in the shop showing her a screenshot of the labels and knowing bigger all, but she was very nice & very helpful. It does amuse them when UK NEEd say things like biscuit oat, or bread brown

Also thinking if good they often find uninvited visitors without passports and often they're starving, thirsy, freezing in the cold weather, so they end up giving them MREs, which are hundreds of times better than they are given, I think it's better to be unlucky and not get one lol. My cousin's boss, I think he's called a commander will let them go fishing if they're in the right environment and not going to be sitting ducks, they've had to share that with the neighbouring visitors too.

7:45 it wasn't uncommon for each meal kit to contain up to 1500 calories, the portions were often larger, and there were a lot more extras. Modern rations have a heavier focus on storage space so portions and packaging both shrunk, and things like gum/candy that used to be in every meal are now given less frequently.

MRE’s are the American rations with the chemical heaters, the British ones are ORP’s operational ration packs. Part of a British soldiers equipment is a small hexamine stove, so they heat them on that, in water that’s usually then used to make tea.

*Beard.... Gotta non food related question for ya. I'm at about the same length of beard growth as you are, but I have one of those damned forks (split beard) twords the end of my length, and I was just wondering, if maybe that has some reasoning behind why you band yours together twords the end as well? Or is it just the type of styling you prefer to wear yours in?*
@Beardmeatsfood7 жыл бұрын
I'm growing mine out long as I can so it makes no sense to trim it...But in not trimming it it's wild and shapeless, so i like to tie it in at the bottom to give it some shape.
@nunyabiddness43337 жыл бұрын
I totally get that, mate. The only thing I maintain, is my stache, cause I get tired of chewing on it when I eat, haha. Other than that, I got about 3 years worth of "natural growth" that has never been touched. I have the same length as you, but like I said... That damned "French Fork" kicks in about 3 inches from the bottom, so I band it together to close the gap. Thanks for answering me man, really cool getting correspondence from streamers that care about the fans. It's appreciated.
