I am a beginning PC enthusaist. Please never take this video of youtube. Its an inspiration. Building my first system right now as a 23 year old and although its purely air cooled I watch a LOT of water cooling videos and yours is the most breathtaking system I have ever seen. This computer is more stunning in my eyes than the 8pack's Orion 8, much more stunning than absolutely anything Origin PC has ever built, certainly prettir than anything any other youtube has built (even beating Linus Sebastian) and I dare say I fint it nicer than even the Aventum X from DS. I really thought no one could outdo Digital Storm but I guess a lot of love, a really amazing project did it. Please post more videos of it online. It inspires me to one day be able to build such a high end cooling system Please be proud of yourself for this one

Oh my goodness - what a nice compliment!!! Thank you so much! I'm happy to have provided some inspiration. I will have to take a look at some of the systems you reference - they sound impressive.

I've been working on the same build for probably a year now, so much money invested and too much ocd. You are insane for doing all those cables. I'm just doing custom fan cables lol.

Where did you find the Acryl panel in the middle of the case? Can I have the dimensions to save some extra time?

I don’t understand how it cost you 10k? My specs are basically the same and it cost me like £3000 with the water cooling

Where did you get the white panel to seperate the Chambers?
@007triman
@007triman 3 жыл бұрын
It's acrylic panel. To be specific, one layer of clear acrylic panel sandwiched by layers of white acrylic panel. The clear layer transmits the light from a LED strip around the perimeter, while the white layers diffuse the light. You can generally find acrylic panel at hardware stores or craft/art supply stores .

HI Joey - so it's been about 9 months now with this system water-cooled with Primochill Vue (Silver for the CPU loop, NV Green for the GPU). Visually, the CPU loop as far as I can see (I have not drained the system nor taken apart the water-blocks to closely look - maybe this summer then I'll post a video) looks as good as new. I can see more build up of sediment in the GPU reservoir, but not much. I've just run some benchmarks to test the cooling. For the CPU I used CPUID CPU-Z to stress the CPU - the i9-9900k running at 4.6GHz after got to 68 C max (this was about the same as last year). I used "Heaven" on Ultra settings x 30 minutes and the GPU only got to 45 C (before water-cooling this would be mid 60s C for the fan-cooled GPU). There has been no appreciable decline in benchmark scores nor appreciable increase in temps since this was built. I still absolutely love the look of Primochill Vue, and still get compliments on it. Have you finished building your rig yet? Still trying to decide on the fluid?

I still need the GPU but it was a Minor change of plans I upgraded to a new Z490 board with the new 10900K. But all in all everything is still in the packages brand new. But still I really do love the vue and I’ve done tons of research I hear bad and good things but mostly bad. I even done tons of research on UV dye’s but then decided I wasn’t too sure if I wanted UV lighting because I actually have some minor vision problems. So I’m actually kind of back-and-forth but I do have everything even the materials to do my custom cables I chose black white and riviera blue.

Hey Yeeter Boy! Thanks for your comments and suggestion (I may indeed switch out the silver for blue fluid next coolant change). I'd love to see your build when it's done. I have a bit of envy you're going to put in that sweet new 3090 gpu - congrats!

I am going to buy this same case. I already have my two reservoir. My question is does the case have an additional panel to dual res or did you do that your self? And if you did how?
@007triman
@007triman 4 жыл бұрын
The case comes with an installed sliding side panel with 4 attached aluminum plates, each of which can be individually removed to add SSD brackets. I removed all 4 aluminum plates, removed the attached rubberized nuts and bolts that the SSD brackets would had attached to, covered the sliding panel with vinyl film to hide the holes, then drilled holes to mount my reservoirs. The case does come with a separate side radiator bracket that also could have been used, but I felt the installed sliding panel was stronger.

@@joeyh4590 That's a light shelf made of 3 layers of acrylic: 2 layers of white 3mm acrylic sandwiching a clear 6mm layer of acrylic. The Enthoo Elite case has a middle shelf dividing the upper from lower compartments. I took out the removable aluminum plates and used cardboard to make an exact fitting template to mark the outlines on the acrylic layers, then cut each acrylic sheet to size. I've seen some people then glue the sheets together but I left mine unglued. I put a strip of LED's around the circumference, and used pass-through Bitspower fittings which connects the tubing on either side. This light shelf took multiple tries with repeated trips to the hardware store (Rona here in Canada) to buy replacement sheets of acrylic as I frequently fractured the panels as I tried various methods of cutting them to size (I think I had most success with a coping saw). If you're new to cutting acrylic, watch videos of how to do it, and buy spares. Good luck!

hows the fluid holding up
@007triman
@007triman 4 жыл бұрын
Hey Daniel - The GPU loop (Green) has been running 6 months, the CPU loop (Silver) x 4 months. As far as I can see, only minor spots in GPU water block heat fin channels. Nothing I can see in the glass tubing or glass reservoirs. Thermals have remained the same. I was concerned seeing the problems with some builds, but the fluid just looked so fabulous I gave it a shot, and if the thermals start to degrade, I'll probably drain and run SysPrep again, and if that doesn't clear it up, then drain, take apart the water blocks and scrub. But so far, so good. Hope that helps. James
