Hi John. Great shortcut video! Worth noting that when creating a chart quickly with ALT+F1 or SHIFT+ALT+F1, you need only have the cell pointer in the range of data for the chart. It is not required to highlight the full range of data. As long as it is structure in such a way that EXCEL can figure it out, only having the pointer within the range is needed. Alt + = is great shortcut key However it’s not working when you are calculating for specific areas for sales Because both time the total is same 14,915,601. But for profit it’s perfect.

Seems an unusual issue you have there. ALT+= inserts the SUM function or SUBTOTAL function depending on the context so can't really add up incorrectly. John
