The 10 BEST RIDES at BLACKPOOL PLEASURE BEACH!

As we all know, enthusiasts love to rank their top 10 or top 20 favourite rides and attractions at different parks, and here in the UK we have multiple great theme parks including that of Thorpe Park, Alton Towers and of course, Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Today, i rank my favourite 10 rides at the Pleasure Beach, consisting of Icon, The Big One, Infusion and even Steeplechase and Ice Blast! Enjoy!

Icon was CRAZY loved the air time it gave and the hang time was amazing 10/10!

My most unpopular top 5: 1. Icon- such a smooth and intense ride, especially on the back row. The launches may not be the fastest, but that Immelmann gets me every time. 2. Grand national- unpopular opinion but it is not rough at all, amazing airtime, wish I could’ve ridden it more than once. 3. Revolution- rode this a couple times, super intense, and going backwards on that loop is one of the best coaster experiences ever. 4. The big one- the drop was a bit underwhelming, I thought it would be much quicker and make me black out- and also a bit rough, but that back row drop was insane, but couldn’t really enjoy it as it KILLED my legs. 5. Big Dipper- amazing airtime, but really hurt my shoulders. me and my brother and uncle were joking to each tower the entire time, but couldn’t really enjoy it much as we were getting bashed about.

I can kind of see why you rate grand national as high as you did, not that bad at all on a wheel seat and provides some shockingly great airtime on the first drop and all the other hills. decent forces and guest interaction. I still haven't ridden it again after the re-track so lets hope it rumbles and rides well!!

Smiler is my favourite ride in the UK, yes the terrain isn’t that good like nemesis, and not as intense as other rollercoasters in the UK for me but the ride is so unique and fun I just rank it as 1.

Shame that you didn’t enjoy big on on your visit, it’s a strange hyper coaster which focuses more on laterals than airtime almost like a wooden hyper! Big Dipper is also running much better now cos of the re tracking.

Smooth, sweeping and intense. 1. The big one. Sketchy as hell, but the first drop just whips you round, and it’s so high up and fast.

10 infusion? i would rate it a bit high mainly considering the thrill of the start, obviously deducted points with the damage that could be caused. Don’t get me started on grand national, should be 10th for the damage WAY worse then infusions damage and over ice blast? Defo needs relooking at.
