Thanks Sven. I think your videos are great! I’ve been a tennis coach for 10 years and now started coaching padel. Your videos has really helped me. I’m always open to any advice! Unfortunately you do have know it all people ( like some in the comment section that obviously know more than you). Don’t see any of their videos. Anyways..keep up the good work!

As usual, enormous tutorial Sven! If we focus our performances in order to avoid those mistakes, in 3 mounths we shall improve our padel for the next level. Absolutely. From my point of view, the main mistake is always no manage the continantal grip, over all in order to improve the next critical points: rotation, no dominate hand, contact point, efects, etc...but for the begginers, focus on the contact point would be a great initial concept to train an practice. Regards!

Hi Sven, not really related question to this video, but it is still padel related. When travelling and taking the airplane. Where do you put the padel rackets and pressurised ball cans? In the hand luggage or the normal cargo luggage? Does the temperature and pressure in the cargo space have an impact on your equipment? Thanks.
@OtroNivelPadel2 ай бұрын
I bring them in my padel bag hand luggage! I am not sure if it impacts the racket. Only the heat will do that

What could be a fun tutorial would be a positional tactics video where you use a huge magnet board where you show all the default patterns that could happen in a rally and the (default) answer to them. I.e. what if both opponent stand at net and you get a ball in the middle against glass. Who takes it? What direction? What would 'normaly' be the best type of shot? What if you face a lefty on the right side in that example? etc etc. You don't even need a court for it.

Mhhhh ....tennis elbow comes from wrong technique, wrong racket weight ... if your coach has it ....run fast on the opposite direction, as well if is mediocre coach and gives you coaching crumbs for a lot of money that means are greedy and low integrity. Your non-dominant hand is not so much to help you to rotate but rather stay coordonated (as God made you with limb in good coordonation) and help you with precision and or accuracy in this case padel or tennis purely. Neurologicaly speaking, your limbs follow each other for natural balance coordination biomechanically!!! Your legs are your base to move you to the ball and keep you solid when upper body does the rotation with the 2 limbs coordonated for the shot you PLANNED in z glance decision called intuitive psychology that is around among ayhlets for at least 10 yrs ago and i pusn if into lesuire players and the results are super satisfying! A good player is well balanced (defence and attack) and Knows how to select the right ball with the right option while the ball is still floating well before its bounce!
