None of these characters are annoying in my opinion. Tingle, Koltin and Mastro are the ones that would make the list for me. Rivali has an attitude, but in a funny way like Vegeta from DBZ

Revali is okay in BOTW, but in age of Calamity, he is just plain mean. He insults Link, Zelda, Impa, and Terrako to their faces, embraces over the idea of Link's death, and is an overall toxic person to be around. It isn't even funny at this point.

I never really found Fi to be annoying. Her whole thing is an AI to aid the hero, so of course she'd offer advice all the time. Plus...her send off is genuinely one of the best endings in Zelda history

I would have put Tingle in the list. Especially in Wind Waker for his seaway robbery of 3,184 rupees to progress the plot. Apparently he's popular in Japan, enough that he got his own spinoff game "Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland" there, but Nintendo knew he isn't so much in America (hence no release)

In defense of Fi she is very good on Skyward Sword HD. Compared to the Original Skyward Sword her advice are now optional and her dialogues are far better because you will feel she is very vital on the story. Link may have some gender-neutral design traits, but he is certainly not "gender-neutral". And while gender-swapping characters is both annoying, comes across as forced, and is way overdone at this point, Linkle actually won me over. Her clumsiness was funny and charming. She was not done in a way such that you felt like she was supposed to be a female version of Link. She was a funny, over-the-top side-character in a non-canon game which was just about silly, over-the-top fun.

Tulin is basically Revali but with added character development. Both have wind gust abilities and are arrogant, believing themselves as capable of doing anything. However Revali's arrogance costs him his life, while Tulin has his bow stolen until Link comes to help, then Tulin gradually accepts he has a lot more to learn.

For Ocarina of Time Master quest(It's imposable in the normal variant) the Owl can be skipped after the first 2 meetings by using the shortcut area at the lost woods which links to death mountain and Zora's river and even cases where you have to view the dialog just hold B and A and it will fast forward the conversation which is something you can't do with the others on the list

I and a lot of people I know call Revali and links relationship a “not-so-friendly competition”. Hell, Revali right before you return to rito village, if I remember correctly (it’s been a bit since I’ve played botw) even admitted that link is simply better than him, and told him to “take good care of the princess” or something along those lines. T.L.D.R: they both went through some sort of arc (if you can call it that) that made them not as obnoxious

I don't know that Nakura bothered me that much. Because Link's Awakening is so small you can just wander from screen to screen to find his house. Revali gets WAY too much hate. And all that hate just boils down to “He’s mean, therefore I don’t like him.” It’s unfortunate because that cocky attitude is really just a facade for his true insecure self. Sure, he’s rude to Link, but he’s just jealous that he had to struggle to get to where he is while Link is just naturally gifted. In my opinion, Revali is one of the best characters in the entire Legend of Zelda series because of how well-written and three-dimensional he is. Edit: I’ve read some of the comments and it’s great that some people are disagreeing with Revali being on the list :)

I really hate Linkle. She was incredibly annoying and delusions of being the legendary hero made me roll my eyes every single time she brought it up. Her character only consisted of those delusions and her love of chickens and crossbows. A part of me wanted her to see Link with the Master Sword so she would realize that she is not the chosen hero and finally shut up.
