What additional steps would be required, how difficult would it be to connect it to the CRM first and use the caller id to check if they have an account on file already... VIP Status? Ask to verify email instead and thank then for being a valued repeat customer,

@@Itssssss_Jack Hi Jack - thanks. Yes, I have tried Synthflow, Bland AI, VAPI and Retell AI. I like Retell AI, but it is Python based = works with Make etc, but you have to find a way to host it, so my choice at the moment is VAPI and it integrates with Make nicely too.

We have scraper bots yes 👀 I haven't built an automation that turns those into comments, but if you DM in the group about exactly what you want to do, I can help you get that started bro. Somebody in the community just built a bot that scrapes Google reviews for businesses for our May competition - you'd love it!
