The only main problem with using a compute stick would be it's requirement to be plugged into USB power so if you also brought a usb charging brick that is able to output enough amps.... then it should work. Or you could simplify and just use a atom based windows tablet that has hdmi out and that also hs a built in battery.

Here's how it works: He gets some things on his own, and he makes fun of them or trashes them a bit. Other things he is paid to feature or "review", such as this video. That's how the illusion of being unbiased is created. Make no mistake, many videos on this channel are bought and paid for. That doesn't mean that they can't be entertaining or worth watching though. Nothing wrong with the man making a few dollars. But don't ever think that all of these are his own real opinions.

I have one of these and used it for 2 years. It hasn't got high resolution like a big projector but enough for playing games or watching movies with friends if you're not that high-res ultimate graphic guy. Also you need almost complete dark for projection, intensity is very low. All-in-all it's a little bit expensive for performance however the best parts are it doesn't need a big space to keep and you can attach it to a tripod.

I use this projector to project images onto cookies and cakes to easily recreate shapes and writing in icing. It’s so helpful! I’ve never used it for watching movies or anything like that.
