"I am become Death." Is what the head of "The Manhattan Project" Dr.Robert Oppenheimer said after the competition of the Atom Bomb.

He said that was his reaction after seeing the effects of the nuclear bomb, and that he thought of the lines from the epic Bhagavad Gita. The full line is "Now i am become death, destroyer of worlds". The English translation he quoted was not grammatically incorrect, but an archaic form (similar to French) that was deliberately used by the translator.

Most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad Gita; Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and, to impress him, takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' ( that's the speech/reaction) but don't remember the end of it however

Murphy was a fuck up but imo he did nothing wrong. What would they have done with that little... Girl, if murphy hadnt chased her and she hadn't jumped? Would they have banished her? I doubt it. They just hated Murphy and used that as an excuse to get rid of him

@@shuandlucasboyfriend284 I suspect it has something to do with her dosing herself with the poison from the dagger and then drinking that antidote a few episodes back. Maybe whatever the Grounder poison was, it was similar to whatever they used to infect Murphy so her body recognizes it enough to fight off the virus. Like maybe the first poisoning acted like a vaccine for the 2nd illness. Maybe the Grounders used the same plant/ingredient in different ways to have different effects for the virus and the poison.
