I don't think it's that strange. Killer is a "murder machine" and not a murder fanatic. He's calm and cool when fighting. So it makes sense that he has a composed personality. He is calm and knows that when discussing an alliance you shouldn't try antagonizing your potential allies. I do think I know why he's isn't the captain though and that's because he's more of a follower. He gives advice to Kid but usually it's in response to kid. He doesn't really do so proactively. He also behaves in a very understated way outside of combat. A leader needs charisma and bravado most of all. After all it's nice for you to have good ideas but if nobody is going to listen to you then it's rather pointless. Kid has plenty of charisma and a tremendous amount of bravado, I think the only one that comes close to his bravado is Luffy.

Back on Sabaody when we were first introduced to Eustass "Captain" Kid, I had found him to be more interesting than Law, but as the story goes on, Law grew on me etc. Hopefully the upcoming Wano Arc will do Kid's character some justice and we get to learn more about him, his past, purpose, and possibly, his connection to Shanks, and also his right hand man, Killer.

Having a higher bounty than Luffy was extremely impressive, and so a lot of fans jumped on board with him as their favorite supernova immediately in the saobody. later on, we were exposed more to Law, and him being dragged into the Strawhats pace made him more likeable for the readers who like the strawhats. which if youre reading until saobody in the first place, you more than likely do like them, so at this point its pretty normal for people to have jumped ship from Kid to Law.

Saying Kid's power is simple is a bit of an understatement. Controlling magnetism means he can manipulate one of the FUNDAMENTALS FORCES! Oh, no big deal, I can just freely control one of the building blocks of the universe. Depending on the strength of his field he could pull all the electrons out of your body, which would be a bad thing.

Hey Tekking, a scene with Kid that always sticks with me, is one where Kid talks to Killer. He tells Kid to remember how whenever he brought up his dream of becoming the pirate king, people laughed. Interesting theory, what if Killer, if he's a cyborg, is actually one thanks to Kid? Just throwing it out there since in the artwork of him being a kid he has a robot toy (rather specific thing) and a wrench, and he also always wears these typical engineering goggles and his devil fruit ties nicely with being some form of scrap engineer. I just find it'd be cool if that's something we find out later he's good at, that despite his hotheadness, he's a really clever engineer that can use scraps to atleast manage to repair or turn a human into a cyborg similar to how Franky turned himself into one, and possibly gave him those weapons. Perhaps he met Killer and he was dying, and by turning him into a cyborg he saved his life. In turn Killer has dedicated himself to help Kid realize his dream. Just a wild theory! It would also give the two a pretty cool relationship.

13:00 Kid is very straightforward and I think values honesty and being yourself. He just does what he wants and doesn't care about what anyone thinks. That's why he picks a fight with whoever looks at him wrong without thinking and why he has little regrets after burning down a village. He is a violent mass murderer and he's proud of it. That's why he hates the world government so much with their hypocrisy and veiled malice. In his mind if you are going to kill then be honest about it. I can imagine Kid also has a mentality of looking people in the eye when you kill them.

Not really that simple. If Kid has power over magnetic fields (which is the case considering the ability to build things out of metal junk) he also automatically has power over electricity. Also the level of control means a lot. For example he might develop something like the ability to control metals up to the microscopic level. Like extract iron from people's blood etc. Basicly the same staff as with Magneto. Magnetism has POTENTIAL to be one of the strongest abilities in the series. It is basicly a stronger version of Fujitora's fruit. But it doesn't seem like Oda has plans to develop Kid's ability much.

Kidd's arm looks like it is held together with bolts, screws, and pins. If he were handcuffed with sea prism stone the arm would still be attached and held together but he would be unable to move it.

I think kid is waiting because he already knows that luffy and law are going after kaido and that would be his opportunity to escape or help luffy them and have them help him with shanks not knowing luffy's past causing them to get in to a fight

I just got back from Disney World for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween and I can see the Straw Hats on the "Pirates of the Caribbean" ride having a blast singing along until you get to the auction of wenches or where the pirate animatronics are chasing the lady ones and Sanji jumps out of the ride to save them and getting escorted out by the Mouse Patrol.

I believe that diamagnetism is the property of a material which causes it to expel an external magnetic field. This can cause a material to be REPELLED from a permanent magnet. Strong magnetic field can make a diamagnetic material like water levitate. An example of this is the levitating frog ( since lifeforms contain a lot of water). Perhaps you were referring to paramagnatism which is the ability of a non ferromagnetic material to be attracted to a magnetized object.

Crazy thought, bear with me: the Straw Hats & their allies make it to Wano, to find that somehow - somehow - Kid has defeated Kaido... I know Kaido is impossibly powerful, but I think what makes the Supernovas so dangerous is their innovation and tenacity. If Luffy escapes or subdues the Big Mom pirates, what's to say the Kid pirates, couldn't do the same to another Yonkou? Okay let's say the Kid Pirates couldn't defeat Kaido, what if he was absent and they took out his crew? The Straw Hats in-turn have to liberate Wano from Kid, only to then decide they have to prepare as allies for Kaido's return? Just thought this was a fun idea, as unlikely as it is.

I really hope he (along with the Kid Pirates) will have an important role during the Wano arc! He's one of my favourite characters, I can't wait to see more of him!

I kind of see Kid like a child version of the crimson Alchemist from FMAB. A monstrous individual who's neutral to most that's around him but does have a moral code. The moral code is to never hide or deny who you are or what you do. I really can imagine kid being what Crimson would be like when he was younger.
