Yung lolo ko veterans from iloilo din lumipat ng Negros after ww2. Di ko na nakita noong pinanganak ako lola ko nlang nakita ko. Ganyan din gamit nila sa ancestral house ng mother ko. Proud negrosanon here.thank you sir fern na miss ko tuloy umuwi ng negros 😘

Mayroon sanang makaimbento ng totoong time capsule. Ako ang unang unang magpiprisinta na sumubok. Babalikan Ko talaga yung panahon ni Maria Clara. Ang gaganda ng mga bahay noon. Materiales fuertes talaga. Ang sarap mamuhay sa panahong naguusap usap ang pamilya sa hapag kainan. Wala kasing TV, mga gadgets, etc. ngayon, halos walang taong hindi nakatutok sa cellphone. I enjoyed this one. Pink house with beauiful antique furnitures. The collection of books and dolls speaks of owner's regard for historical events. I like most of all the chairs especially the stroller. Thank yoy for your effort in flying to the provinces to show us a glimpse of the old houses of some prominent families. They are an important part of our history. God bless you.

Hi, sir Fern. Familiar ako sa lugar diyan. Nakakatuwa lang at during my younger days where my parents once live in Escalante we used to pass by in Silay City before reaching our destination in Bacolod City. We must visit that pinkhouse hopefully next year where we're going to visit our relatives in Escalante City. Nakakatuwang magbabaliltanaw sa mga nakaraan. Thank you sa tiyaga at sipag. Stay safe.

Thank you Fern! ganda ng house nila, ganon ata talaga ang mga mayayaman dati ang lalaki ng mga rooms tapos napansin ko parang ang lawak ng sala nila minsan dalawa pa ang sala, tapos ang dining parang lagi may mga bisita ang lalaki. sana naka punta ka sa Balay Negrense maganda din don, sobrang laking bahay, open din yon ginawang museum. Tunay antique ancestral house at balayong woods ang ginamit sobrang tibay ayaw tablang daw ng pako tsk!, old typewriters, vintage photos, at collections of vintage dolls at dinamitan pa at ibang heroes noon tatlong pari at iba pa po 🎀 treasure memories baga, at mga salamin pa, tumba-tumba at marami pang iba 😉 kakaiba talaga noon di ba ❤

Silay city’s nickname is Paris of Negros, sorrounded with rich historical structure , same with Talisay and Bago cities ,unfortunately isn’t a Heritage site yet,romescala, I hope it will set a foundation soon
