I imagine from her point of view Link pretty much spend 8,400 gold rupees or the equivalent puting Hyrule in 1,680,000 ruppes more debt after realizing her being as a dragon for 113 years of helping to just to found he spent 90% of it goofing off

Would had been much longer then 113 years as that was when Zelda was a child with Terrako. Remember that both Zelda and Link were frozen in time for 100 years before BOTW and during the memories we find out that Zelda was 18 when the calamity happened. Plus this isn’t taking into a count for the unknown time that passed between BOTW and TOTK as well as Zelda’s farther was King well after both King Rauro and Queen Sonia with likely there being multiple Kings and Queens in between considering the calamity also happened over 1,000 years prior as well. So your looking at least 1,200 years minimum.
