Ive done this for a little over 4 weeks straight now. The results have been insane. I sweat alot from it and i feel amazing afterward. I get done in about 40 min and added curls and incline presses right after. Last 15 min in the gym is cardio and im out. I look forward to this workout daily.

Im 170cm and 116 kg... First time done this workout now.. have tryed multiple youtube workouts. This felt best for me im not overly beat up but still sweating like a pig feels good. Only workout what i skipped was the y thing because i dont have bench like that the pther one i did laying on floor with my chest upp.. now going to biy scale for home ill give you guys updates..i noticed the ones when you are tilted with your back is easier to do when you have mirror on your side that you can check ypur posture ( i multiple times got the feeling im not right so i went next to mirror) thank you bery muxh for this workout video it gave me good vibes and motivation to my weight lossing journey

I waited for some results before commenting but here we are now, 3 weeks in a row now and around 9lbs down, great workout routine! Also, I'm kinda killing it and finding myself barely breaking a sweat now so, should I add more reps? Or add a bit of weight? Currently at 7~lbs dumbells. Anyway, thank you Rob!

@@amarson2322 it’s generally true, Amaraon but if person is very obese, such a rapid loss does happen in the beginning although it’s mostly water weight. I went from 117 kg to 85 kg in 3 months in 2018, in pounds it’s like 70 pounds in 3 months. However, when I hit 79 kg I didn’t lose a single kilo in the next 2 months since I got closer to my natural weight (I’m 1.7 m tall) so had to fight to lose next 4 kg for about 4-5 months!

Just did this instead of treadmill cardio. Man this workout is fire. I doubled up on the reps. Am soaking wet and dripping like the ocean. Gonna do it for a week and see if it produces better results than one hour brisk inclined walking on the treadmill that I do daily.

Hey guys, I’m checking in for my first day of giving this program a go. Weighing in at 108.8kg on Sunday 23/1/22 at 8am. Going for a 5km walk to warm up then going to smash out this circuit. I'm going to start today for 4 days a week and the other 3 cardio. I was 199.7 last year. Eating and doing routines I'm down to 145.6 but I need to burn a little of fat and get into the weight that I want it that is 135. Let's do this. I make and update next week.

I'm a 17 year old girl and was a bit skeptical when I first saw the shredded guy who gave the instructions, especially since I'm a little bit out of shade because I had to stop doing thai-kickboxing because of covid. But it's a great workout and I'm glad I could do the whole thing with a few adjustments because of a knee injury. It took me 30 min to complete this with 10 lbs dumbbells. Definitely gonna do this more often to get back in shape for boxing.:) Maybe I'll be faster next time. Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪

Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. kzbin.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

I feel great after this workout. I had to keep pausing the video, but in 45 minutes I did 3 sets of 10 for each exercise. I found a few exercises were challenging to start, but by the 3rd set it felt a lot easier. I've been on my weight loss journey consistently for two weeks. I walk 1.5hrs every morning before the sunrise, and exercising. I've been taking the time to learn what I thought I already knew. I truly appreciate this video. Thank you.

I'm struggling to get even halfway through to the 45 minutes mark, even though the exercise is very intense for me and takes me a lot of effort, requiring me to take it slow. How many breaks should I take inbetween in a 3 Set 10 Reps set-up? and how would you say does the time add up for you? Because I'm definitely doing something wrong.

My knees are trashed. I appreciate the concepts across new videos since I can’t do traditional cardio as much anymore. Forward lunges are a no-go for me, so I go for rear lunges with the weights lifted to the shoulders. I’d also recommend various angles To keep your mobility and agility.

step back lunges are a great alternative to ease the stress on knee. And definitely good to train the body in different ways, maintain mobility and keep improving as best you can week by week.

Hey man, I’ve been doing workout at home and doing weights at the gym and still haven’t lost any weight. I also cut out sugar and have eaten a lot less. I’m also struggling to understand the difference between fat loss and weight loss and what I should do if I want to lose fat and gain muscles. I’m currently a 17 year old guy who weight around 90 kg and most of it is fat. I would appreciate if you could tell me what I should do :)

Then keep following these weekly Faster Fat Loss workouts. Keep in mind, if you're focused on burning fat and building muscle, you may not lose as much "weight" because fat weight will be replaced with muscle weight. Focus on the diet and making consistent progress with your training and you'll be in a good spot!

How much weight can it loose for me in a month ,if I am 64 kg and my goal is 58 kg . My height is 5.4 feet . If I eat within 1400 kcal everyday , how much weight can I possibily reduce in 1 week .

How much weight you can lose isn't really the goal, improving your body composition, reducing fat, building muscle, strength, and performance. You could lose a lot of weight in a month by removing a limb or two, but it certainly wouldn't be advised haha. A great rate of weight loss to aim for would be around 1-2% of your bodyweight each week. The leaner you get, the slower the process will become in order to avoid losing muscle mass and strength, the more weight you have to lose, the quicker you can drop without negatively impacting your performance generally.

Fantastic! As for your question... there is so much more to it! Consistency, intensity, and most important - your diet! This foundation is what dictates your results. Look at this like a journey, not when will I see results. Because, rest assured, if you are eating a sensible diet based on your goals and exercising regularly with purpose - results will happen on the daily. Trust the process. :) Does this help?

Keep in mind, the diet is the primary determining factor between ".... max muscle gain and fat loss." With this said, to effectively gain muscle, you must be in a caloric surplus, while fat loss requires a caloric deficit. You can use this workout for whatever your goal is. 💪🔥
