The 13th Floor

This property screamed high-rise apartment complex to me. It was a test designing the layouts to be unique with a flow a single owner, or couple, could live with. I wanted each place to have outside access via balcony and chose to use windows to accomplish it. Two apartments have windowed bathrooms exposed to the sea-side, daring!
