I thought Fjords are much smaller....14 to 15 hands...? And not nearly 2000 Pounds.

A lot of the not draft breeds like QHs, Apps have a section of purebreds that are pony sized. Personally some of these breeds have been uplifted to the point that they are much like the breed used to improve them which it the Thoroughbreds. In the 60s most true to type QHs were a little over 14 hands. Then there is the fact that some of mentioned breeds are hot to handle. Just about any breed of horse that comes from racing stock will be lively. One of the breeds which is of TBs crosses that was not mentioned and should be is the Standardbred. These horses have always been bred to be trained to pull. They make great riding horses with a good disposition. Standardbreds are naturally gaited so the ride is smooth. Best of all most of the ones I handled are sensible and easy to handle.

Some of the horses you picked are very strange. On the other hand you didn't even mentioned the Breton horse, which is one of the best draft horse in the world !

So Fjords are no where near that big. They're 13-14 hands and between 900-1200lbs
