I don't think any art lover would consider any Dameon Herst art to be desirable. "Wow, I put a shark in formaldehyde, you'll never guess what my next project is: capture a butterfly!" I'm only happy that collectors are buying his work, and not accidentally buying any profound art.

I am an Art Collector of 20+ years I have many artworks and Collectibles as well. No one knows who I am or cares who I collect. I love my Art and Collectibles and in many cases consider them better than these Elitest collections. LMAO !

Too bad for humanity that 'collectors' are just that. Do they look at the art as a commodity to be profited from or do they actually look and appreciate the art for what it is. Shame artists pour their heart out so years later some slob with too much money in their pocket treats it like a widget to be bought and sold on the open market. The deadly circle of production and consumption
