Another great lesson on the 150 attack - thanks. With the variation 5. ..Nc6 6.f3 O-O 7.O-O-O e5 in a game many years ago, I chose 8.Nge2 so the Black Knight landing on d4 is avoided. Then 8. ...exd4 9.Nxd4 looks good for White, the pawns go to g4 and h4 as per plan. My opponent went first 8. ..a6 to which I played 9.g4 which seems useful whatever. If Black still avoids the capture on d4 with 9. ...b5 then 10.d5 Ne7 10.Ng3 and the Knight helps White speed through on the Kingside with h4-5. In the line given where Black sacrifices pawn 8.d5 Nd4 9.Nge2 c5 10.dxc6 bxc6 11.Nxd4 exd4 12.Bxd4 Be6 13.h4 he could sacrifice another with 13. ...c5 (instead of 13. ...Qa5) then 14.Be3 Rb8 15.Qxd6 Nd7 Blacks forces aim at the King and ...Rxb2 is threatened immediately. Perhaps White could prefer the defensive 13.Na4 (instead of 13.h4) allowing the Bishop's retreat to c3 but we want to be attacking with the 150 :-)

I have tried this four times in the last two days. Messed up badly mainly. However managed to win because of good open lines and attacking chances. Thanks Josip and keep up the good work.

Thank you Jozarov for the good content. I was wondering is there Part 3 or other parts of this series? I could only find part 1 and 2 here

You have great material. But you are talking too fast to follow. Please slow down. It would be must easier to follow. Again thank you for the material.

Another good lesson. Are you preparing something with 1.d4 Nf6? What is the correct move as e4 is no longer possible? I use to play 2.Nf3 and wait. Is it right?
