A colour film about the 1955 Monte Carlo rally. This includes quite a few shots of the Sunbeam MKIIIs and British entrants Sheila van Damm and Anne Hall; and Peter Harper and David Humphrey.

I'm 70 this year, and remember rushing home from school to watch these atmospheric, beautiful rallies in the snow! Still some of the most beautiful things ever! Thanks for uploading!

The 'character' at the time control at 3.33 was Ken Richardson, the Standard-Triumph Competition Manager, in a Works-entered Standard Ten.

I am guessing with a pedigree like that it would be worth quite a bit today. But we have all sold things and lived to regret it...at least we get some time with great stuff to remember. I have a MK3 Humber Sceptre Estate that I have had for over 30 years. For some reason I just can't bring myself to sell it even though I hardly use it anymore. Strangely, I regret the fact that I can't sell it!
