I'm a huge fan. I'm 45. This reminds me of the pop I grew up listening to. Good stuff. I introduced my 10 year old daughter to their music and now I get to take her with me to see them in concert in a couple of weeks. It'll be her first concert. I'm sooo excited!!

One of the first bands I really had an emotional connection with. I listened to them heavily when I was in a dark place; listening to their songs and looking back on photos and videos I took when I saw them in London, reminds me how strong this band makes me. I love this band so much. This band brings me back. When I play their music it's like a time machine. The 1975 brings me back to a simple time. This is why they will make it big. There different. Instead of playing commercialized pop music heard on the radio all the time, or putting on the metaphorical masks that mainstream singers where today, they aren't afraid to be who they are. They don't conform to the way they want to be looked at as a band. They aren't afraid to be who they are, play what they want, and do what they want unlike other artists who play what is considered the new fad. I think the 1975 is the new fad. There taking us back to a time when artists and the music they put out weren't so commercialized for the sake of money. The 1975 want there music to be different. They don't want it to be "like other music" in the way that it is so commercialized and overused now. They want music to be like it used to, back when artist didn't change their ways because the critics thought they were too bland or their music wasn't catchy enough. There not afraid to stay true to there roots. To me that's what it's really all about.
