This song brings me back to when I first heard it, summer two years ago. It brings me back to a time when I was surrounded by beautiful people with beautiful souls, and I had not a care in the world. All good things come to an end however, and when I had to say goodbye to her as she left to the airport for Madrid, she looked me in the eyes and pulled my soul right out of me, as tears ran down her cheek. This song invokes all of those feelings of pain that I try to forget, but I cant stop coming back to this song to re-live that moment as sad as it was for me, and I don't know why. Why do I keep doing this to myself?

Hey.. Well you're going through a lot and probably you think that you'll always feel like this. But fact is.. God doesn't change your life just like that. God doesn't does things just like that. There is always a reason why something happens. You'll see her again. If it was real love. If you truly loved and love. And God doesn't just take away people from your life because he thinks it's funny or what do I know. I mean every human has a way to go in life. And some were meant to begin at another point but after a time they have to cross your path in life to come to their own goal. And some people just has to go the same way. Always. Some just has to do after a while. And others just have to do for a couple of months. I mean that everybody has another goal in life. And everybody has to go another way for reaching the goal. And just as you have to continue your way for saying at the end of your life that you reached everything you had to and wanted to so the others have to. You can look back but you can never go back. You can wish you didn't do but you can't make it unhappened. You can wish and want to and do but you can't change everything you wanna. Better things come. You always belive it won't change but then one day it does. And just one last thing.. Be happy that you could have the great times with other. Would you rather be unhappy all the time or have had a great time and then be a little bit more unhappy? It'll change. Look where you started and where you're now.

I liked The 1975 when I first heard their song "Chocolate", then that got over played so I came to KZbin, just out of curiosity. I wanted to see if they had more music that would I like, and, ever since then, I'm INLOVE. I get so much shit from my buddies for liking them, but their lyrics on EVERY song are just soooo easy to relate. Really glad I look them up and instead of just blowing them off because just one of their songs is overplayed. Long story short, they have a lot of talent and they are going far.. Just hope they don't change for the worst. Question for the true fans out there; What's the significance of their name, The 1975? I've been really curious and would love to know.

the first time I heard this song,I was at a garden party at a friend's house far away from home.When it started playing, I stopped and looked around me.There were all my friends dancing barefoot and chatting and laughing and I could see their bubbly faces in the light of the sparkling lights in the trees.It was warm.And I felt so...grateful.For all THIS.It felt like the music embraced me very tightly.I was so happy that it hurt.And this song makes me relive that moment every time I listen to it.

Personally i like the direction theyre headed. If you havent heard their new album Midnight Memories maybe you should. Of course if you already have and didnt like anything on it thats your opinion and respecting it is something i will always do. but to say you HATE (which is also meaning to wish death upon that something) is not something you should ever say. They do try to not get compared to other bands out there, But theres no doubt the 1975 is much more older music and better instrumental and thats why i prefer their music but i love one direction very much as people and artists. I just hate how they have changed in a publicity way but definitely their music taste has got its perks up from back then. They say in interviews how they like Oasis, Kings Of Leon, Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Killers, etc. So im not hating on you AT ALL because thats the last thing this generation needs is more unrespectful opinionaters on the web but i just dont want you getting the wrong impression on them. They arent that bad. Im sorry if this was too long or seems like a waste of time. Keep supporting these boys because they are ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE and at least i know we have people like you out there who actually like TALENT these days.
