I've had great success with a dual Carrilero 4-3-3 in FM24. Sounds counter-intuitive but it works great, especially with wing backs on attack.

Good vid, some notes: Ive found that players with low technical ability but high mentals are a must for a Raumdauter. I feel like if any of the winger's attacking movement (off the ball, decisions and anticipation) are below 15 you might as well try another role.

It does require to be elite in certain areas, that is why I said it kinda takes a special player to do it for sure!

Advanced Forward is the best hands down. You can also go for a Pressing Forward on Attack, that is quite good as well!
