how about Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. you must Evolve your Pokemon in a certain way (yes there are 10 ways to mutate each pokemon in a Castlevania game), in order to complete the map. The rest of this game is Excellent, but the Little Friendlies have No Place being an integral part to a Castlevania game..

Crisis Core has the best side quests I’ve played x3 not only do you get new stuff to use throughout the game, but beating the SuperBoss gives you an amazing item to use during reruns.

Escorting missions are the absolute worst. You either have to wait for the npc that walks too slow, or they block your path or they die because they got in the way of your shot.

I absolutely agree with the celestial weapons entry. I have the FFX Platinum and boy did it take forever. The lightning bolts, and the chocobo races were the hardest.

Cosmo canyon chocobo flying is almost as bad as the zero mission from gta San andreas .. followed by ac2 collecting feathers ac valhalla swordfish quest .. coming in 5th for me would be the drifter vs vanguard quest in destiny 2

‘Collectible’ missions like the pigeons in GTA or the various trinkets in Assassin’s Creed that are so easy to lose track of progress on, and have no way to track said progress within the game itself are a real hassle and almost not worth starting.

I don't know if there's a similar video about best rewards, but the mission to unlock the jetpack in San Andreas (the first time, when internet was not everywhere...I owned literal books of cheat codes and NONE of them had the required code). My friends were amazed that I could just dial that shit up.

I have Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and with this video's truly helpful detail of the Worst Side Quest so I can be prepared for that. I got Final Fantasy VII Rebirth from a BIG Sale only as a 34€, was that worth it with it's price if the Normal Price is a 80€? Atlantica Kingdom hearts 2. While not part of the main story Atlantica is completely optional but if you want the ultima weapon you have to do it as one of necessary metals is there but to even make progress you need to have a certain spell or your drive gage needs to be a certain number and for completion you need to do every song twice. It's best to wait until you're close to end of the game before you do that world.

100 Acre Woods Kingdom Hearts and Collecting Nuclear Waste Grand Theft Auto V and Trouble With The Trolley Spyro 2 Riptio's Rage and Delicate Flower Hollow Knight is the biggest pain for me on the PS3 or on the PS4 or on the switch

20. As if that wasn't even bad enough, there's an entire questline in the DLC. They're basically the same as Taskmaster's challenges. Unlike Taskmaster, who is cunning and intimidating, Screwball is just loud and obnoxious. And at the end, you have to chase her throughout the city and it's easily the worst "boss fight" in the entire game. If she gets too far ahead, you automatically fail. All the while, she's sending drones and photobombs to distract you, and this time, the photobombs are MANDARORY. And if you thought Flame Hyenard was annoying, he is, but this one's also a contender. Because all the while, SHE NEVER. SHUTS. UP. If they absolutely had to include this chase, the least they could've done is cut the length in half or make her say fewer things. 18. At least in Rise, they're gone... mostly. They're now delegated to optional mini-quests. 14. Nah, the Alcemist from the same game and the Fireflies in Spooky Swamp from the 3rd game. Because in the former, the Alchemist (for some unfathomably stupid reason) doesn't just take the easy path directly to the left of his house to hunter. No, he just goes off on the worst set path of all time. Deliberately walking into every single enemy as if he's TRYING to get himself killed. The Fireflies from Spyro 3 is arguably even worse, as you need to clear a path for them, twice! And with all the boulders and giant mushrooms in their path, do they ever think "Wait, why don't I just walk around them?" NO! They go off and try to walk into as many obstacles as possible. I think the issue with these missions is that the AI os designated to walk a very specific path, like a train on a one-way rail.

Screwball being a tedious and unlikeable character is what makes her such an effective villain. Her missions suck, and her character is infuriating. Her purpose is to satire the stupidity of wonabe click-bait internet stars that she parallels in the real world. The fact that she is so largely hated is precisely why she is well written.

I haven't even finished it, and without trying, I'm carrying around a few hundred gemstones and over 600k gold. You can already find gems everywhere... a single run through a draugr crypt or Dwemer ruin will probably net you thousands of gold's worth of gems and other treasures.

The feathers in Assassin's Creed 2 gave you a reward for collecting them: a cape... that makes you 100% found by the enemies despite hiding in the hiding spots... WHAT?

Matthew, I am totally with you on the Screwball missions. I love the Insomniac Spider Man games and hate when people use the word "cringe" as anything other than a verb, but Screwball is cringe personified. I don't know why the DLCs decided to feature her so much. It honestly doesn't even feel satisfying defeat her; the final mission is just a slightly different variation of a drone chase. No climactic boss fight or anything

All of the collectibles in Hogwarts legacy were annoying. Between the very confusing layout of the castle and multiple glitches in recording progress in certain areas made me want to cast aveda kedavra on the devs.

I never had that much trouble with the trolley. 5:16 I do not recall that textbox being in the game. 5:34 Is your controller broken? It shouldn't be that hard. 10:59 I was just thinking of that one. Didn't expect it to be on the list. Why I did this twice I don't know but I'm never doing it again. Wind Waker did it better, especially in the remake. The reward for getting all figurines just isn't worth it. You get money and a piece of heart. You're practically done with the game at this point so it's pointless. You also get a Phonograph that plays music from the game. I'll just look up a playlist on KZbin if I want that. Kojima did not approve of this ending. Konami should had left him alone. My sister was crazy enough to collect all Korok seeds. Doesn't she know that all she gets is shit?

I hate Winnie the Pooh, I find the stories stupid and the characters rather annoying. One thing about Winnie the Pooh that I can't deny is that I think Kanga is very beautiful, and she is the most beautiful character in Winnie the Pooh, but I'm not saying I like her. Winnie the Pooh is my number one LEAST favorite Disney, and I've hated Winnie the Pooh for a real long time. There is one side quest that's in the Batman Arkham games that I've found frustrating, the advanced AR glide tests. I only have "Batman: Arkham Origins" and "Batman: Arkham City" on Wii U, but I've found those advanced AR glide tests difficult. Having to glide through the rings without letting Batman's feet touch a solid surface and how the rings are placed in rather difficult to glide through areas. I've had to do those quests multiple times almost every time I play those games, so frustrating. I found completing them easier said than done.

6. This stupid minigame is one of the biggest reasons why Minish Cap is not the best 2D Zelda game though not as mediocre as Phantom Hourglass, Triforce Heroes, & especially the CD-I games. 5. FUCK METAL GEAR SOLID 5! IF THAT REMAKE OF METAL GEAR SOLID 3 FAILED US, CONSIDER THEIR REVIVAL FAILED, KONAMI STILL BEING A LAUGHING STOCK, & I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO BLOCK THEM OF ALL MY ACCOUNTS! 1. If we're talking about straight side quests, Rannoch: Geth Fighter Squadrons in Mass Effect 3 is terrible. Basically a walking simulator that's *REQUIRED* if you want the peaceful ending on Rannoch 😭
