Figured I would give the Dyna chassis a test run.
Was very, very pleased with what I found.
NOT as smooth riding as my Vstar 650, but a whooooooole LOT more power and style!

@@robertjeffery4664 for sure in my case! Hell I lost a nice older house, 2 Mustang GT's (both MINT condition) a 1 year old Toro ZTR mower ALL paid for! and had to sell my 4 month old truck cause I could not afford the payments. Then after 6 months the HD had be sold cause living on my own was just too damn expensive! But hey, on the "bright side" I get to live like I am in my early 20's again! 🤣😶😑

more detail now that I have slept 3 hours: to quote from another reply "Well, to be 100% honest, I had NOOOOOOOOOOOO plans on ever selling / trading the Vstar650. As for the BMW, as damn good as it was for what it was, it was my 2nd try at the ADV bike, and both times I traded them off in under 6 months. Looking at my 1992 through 2018 bike history, the one style bike that has ALWAYS been with me (during all my riding years) is some make/model of a cruiser or another. I almost just flat out sold the BMW to another ADV rider and just kept on rolling on the Vstar. THEN...…..……………….I stopped by Four Rivers HD honestly literally just to get some more Diamond Shine. Then looked over and seen the used IRON 883 on the previous test ride vid. It was priced RIGHT. So when they offered a test ride, I HAD to do it. We talked the money thing and they made me an AWESOME offer, but...…………….I had to sleep on it. A week later I decided YES! I had to get it. I rode up there (without calling first, I was going that way anyways) ad when I got there I seen this Fat Bob and never even really noticed they had already sold the Iron. I was also looking hard at the new 2018 IRON1200. But it comes with mid mounts and to be honest I really liked the flat charcoal color of the 883 better. Then Chad (the salesman) said "Come on, lets take the Fat Bob for a test ride. You will love it I bet." …………………………………… the rest is history now. hahahaha! "

I had 2011 Fat Bob.....it was a fun bike to ride, for sure :) But I found it to loud(V&H Big Radius exhaust) and uncomfortable on long rides, especially two up and they do not have a built in coffee maker >:(

hahaha!!! Well this one at least has the Mustang touring seat, as far as "long rides" mine will be mostly well under 3 hours. And I am a solo kind of guy, soooooooo…………… lol
