I got the blonde one. This one is the best. Just got 2023 AA one for $4 at Target. Wasn't planning on buying her but for that price why not.

Seeing these dolls reminds me of when I used to get the Barbie magazine in the mail, just staring at the beautiful dolls and dresses in amazement 🤩 Always wondered if I could recreate the look 😊 And I don’t think you absolutely have to be festive during this time of year just because everyone says it’s the thing to do, so be a grinch anytime you want to 😁

Thanks, Ms. D! Yeah the holidays bum me out and I’m not always my best during this time period. Lots of unresolved trauma I don’t like dealing with.😅 And I’m glad you like the dolls! OMG I used to look at Barbie magazine catalogs too!😆 I remember cutting them out and making collages of them because I love how the dolls looked.❤️ I think, if you have a bit of skill, you can totally recreate this look! The dress isn’t too complicated design-wise. As long as you have the right materials and the skill, I think it’s pretty easy to copy!

Mbili still has the expensive collector vibe for me even mattel continuouly creating them for playline. My most favorie Mbili is the barbie basics in black dress. Mackie is my all time favorite barbie sculpt. And now I want both of that holiday barbies 😊

I agree. Mbili has that really great exquisite vibe. 😆 It’s such a shame she isn’t used in the Collector line a lot anymore. I would love to see a comeback for this face. And same! Mackie is my all time favorite sculpt too. 😄 This face has a lot of nostalgic qualities for me.

@@yaykpopyayyah1185 basically I just put the doll heads in a plastic bag and I dunk it into some hot water. There are lots of tutorials here on how to do this. Once the heads are nice and hot, they pop off fairly easily without messing up the hair too much.
