The 2018 BMW M4 Reviewed - The Right Daily Driver?
I managed to get my hands on a 2018 BMW M4. I decided I wanted to review an M4, and so I talked with the folks at Edmonton BMW and managed to get one to drive.
After driving this M4 for just a few hours, I could tell that this was a top-level sports car. The question became, is this a daily driveable BMW?
Well, after a full review of this car and all of the features, I can tell you that this is the closest thing to a sports car that you could still drive on a daily basis. The fit and finish of this car (both interior and exterior) is top-notch. We have carbon fiber throughout the car, leather all over the place (with double stitching), and an incredible amount of easy-to-use electronic features that make driving this car fun and easy.
The power in this car isn't quite M5 level, but it doesn't have to be. With a 0-60 MPH in 4 seconds flat, this car can drive. It handles incredibly well, and it can drive like a track car in a lot of instances. What's more, it can also take a step back and become a quieter, easier ride.
All in all, the #BMW #M4 is an incredible car for the money you're spending. The folks at BMW Edmonton told me this, (go see them here: www.edmontonbm...) but I wasn't sure until I took the car. Now I'm sure, and I'm sure it could be the best daily driver out there today.

It looks like it’s a competition pack car based on the wheels and blacked out chrome. This means it’s 450 horse power and not 425 as stated

I'd much rather get the new M2 Competition. If anyone is wanting to get an M4 you might as well get a preowned one for half the price. Not that much has changed with it over the past few years, a 2015/16 still looks as new as an 18.

I have a 2015 M4 (spec'd and bought from new) the only differences I see are the seats, wheels and colours. I am very happy with my car. Good video.

They are not the same. The competition pack makes the car really different. It got a new clutch after 2016.

*Diffuser not a "splitter". Splitters are on the front (lip). Which brings me to the *spoiler (on the trunk)... not a "lip". Cheers ;)

I love this car and plan on getting one in the near future, but saying that BMW leads the industry in carbon fiber and all those little vents and extras, and also saying their headlights are better than any other car - ya lost me there lol. Now I feel like the review is just to say good things about it instead of being realistically critical about it

Thanks for watching. They work ok in snowy roads with winter rubber, but tires are tough to find in this size so I would get a second set of rims and tires of a smaller rim size so there would be more options available.

@@ECPP Sadly the traffic here is way too bad to own an M car. Sitting in stop-and-go traffic for an hour each way (to go 15 miles) would ruin the experience. I plan on getting a 440i and every M performance option, as the ride is much better than the M4 and it's much better as a heavy traffic daily driver.
