For me the Hype Moment of the year, aside from Galactus which I plunked my money down for too was NECA's Gargoyles. Great show from the 90s, happy to see it return with such great figures. Goliath turned out awesome, so did Thailog (who I received on 12/30) and the upcoming Demona, Bronx, Hudson, Brooklyn, Lexington, and Broadway look great. Can't wait to see Elisa, Xanatos, Angela and the rest.

I’d like to see Hasbro start making smaller figures at lower price points, I think it would be fun if for instance they made a Puck for 10$, could also do animal characters like Rocket or Howard the Duck. Similar to how Transformers has their legends sizes that are smaller and less expensive

HUGE get hype moment for me was the NECA announcement that the Turtles in Disguise 4 pack was going up to preorder. At that point they were impossible to find in store, and reseller prices were astronomical. Still not here, but still hyped that I did get them for retail with shipping.

I could not wait to get rid of the theta sentinel, traded the AI Iron Man, and I took the Prof X buck and made him the grey electro. Really liked your worst list because I am still shopping the rest. I got almost every set in the Infinity Saga wave but I still thing the AoA wave took top honors but I liked the What If wave and the Shang Chi wave was good except for any that were not MCU. The Xenmu wave was a good wave and I like it but AoA2 was still my favorite. THis was a fantastic awards show. Thank you for this.

Where did you get your Weapon X’s (AOA wave) claws?? I know those aren’t the claws that came with him. Also, think it’s awesome that you’ve got Blink thrown into your AOA display. I think you would only be missing Caliban and Holocaust as far as characters they’ve made from AOA in general. Personally, I’m missing those, Blink, and Apocalypse, but I do have a local store with Apocalypse in stock, just trying to save up to afford him..

Uh. Personally I prefer Tobey and Andrew come out as single figures. I think of the little guy, since I know Hasbro won't. Many collectors are like "If you can't pay up the wazoo then get another job or another hobby, casual". Not everyone can shell out the big bucks for triple-quadruple sets, that's IF they can even find them or get them on pre-order. Can't normal people have a Tobey figure? Bad enough we have to beat scalpers. We can wait for the box set on a re-release if it's absolutely necessary. Regardless, great job with the awards, this was a blast to watch. And tell those boys who were excited with the F4 retro wave last year to get ready to be disappointed again by the X-Men TAS retro figures because re-use is the name of the game lol they should know retro wave means re-use.

Cool video man! Few comments over ML: 1- I avoid figures with old bodies like Spider-Man 2099, or overpriced figures like exclusives. Hasbro eventually will re-release them in better molds or regular release with few tweaks. 2- I never bought the 1st cannonball and I don't have the other two, I will wait till discount to grab them. 3- Good for me, I'm done with MCU figures, lots of cheap MKT tactics on this line. Overprice, tons of new versions every new movie, lackluster BAF's. Feel so good passing on them. 4- Hydra Stomper, same, I want it but at 40 Canadian Dollars hahaha.

I'm going to date myself here . As a child Mego had a 8 inch Star Trek line. For Christmas I got the Enterprise . It was Cardboard coverd in a thick clear vinyl like plastic . It was okay and came with extras. Please tell me the StarcWars Black line Haslab Rancor backdrop was at least covered in a good quality plastic . Please. If not Shame on Hasbro .

An occasional head-swap for AIM Scientist Supreme would be Arcade's head....but only because I suspect that Arcade's full-time day-job is being AIM's Scientist Supreme! (Which would explain where Arcade gets all his MurderWorld mech from!). I suspect that AIM's Scientist Supreme just occasionally 'rocks out' as Arcade to blow off some steam and have some fun. How else would he get to fight the X-Men and Spider-Man? Now and then he gets bored of bossing AIM around, and needs to get out for some interactive battles with heroes. He has AIM whip him up another MurderWorld, so he can test his mettle against some heroes.

I think I’m going to one of few people that like the Wolverine box set. Wolverine comes with a cool looking beat up head and I didn’t have omega red so it was cool that he came with an extra head. I thought mastermind and Callisto were just cool x men characters to go on my shelf. Cyber was I think pretty damn cool looking even if he was basic.

Couldn’t stop laughing when you were talking about Savage Opress. Also it is supposed to be pronounced Sah-Va-G. Really hard to type the pronunciation, but all in good fun and as I’m sure by now ya know that’s Darth Maul’s brother. It’s unfortunate that this is the year I’m starting to collect Marvel Legends since most of the ones I’d want to get were released a year or two ago and are going for annoyingly high prices now. Such as the Lizard, Green Goblin,etc. I distinctly remember back when the Legends Infinite series released the pizza spidey I found it at an H.E.B. and I really wanted to get it, but I didn’t have money since I was just a kid after all and my mom wouldn’t buy for me. Ever since then I’ve been wanting to get him for the longest time. Now I finally have it and I can’t be any happier. Then I find out about the retro waves and having watched the Spider-Man and X-Men series of course I want them now. Especially since I feel I can have Pizza Spider-Man as comic Spidey and Retro Spidey as animated Spider-Man. Alas the new black hole for my wallet weeps as getting the retro Spider-Man is proving a pain. I’ve also gotten all the AoA X-Men wave two figures and completed my first BAF. One of the best feelings ever to complete Colossus. I’m also definitely gonna get Retro Ben Riley as I’ve gotten my hands on Mayday Parker and the fact that the costume is the exact same was really cool. Plus it gives me a chance to see the retro Spider-Man buck in hand. Anyways happy hunting.

Disagree with the best wave as the villain wave. I think deep down, you might disagree with it too… while it has the Red skull, it also has some of the worst figures like The Hood, Arcade, and Dormamu (who I remember seeing a video where you talk about the head sculpt color being pretty inaccurate). Best wave was clearly Into the Spiderverse wave. There were too many great figures in there
