also, picking up on the girl in white is pretty tired in this last game. It's a great game for both teams.

Both ladies are well into their 40's and I think had already played matches that day. Little wonder they might be getting tired at the end of this grueling match. Now, having watched the last game, Simone didn't appear tired at all. Angry, maybe, but not tired.

@@daveharter6469 I think your observation was accurate. She hung in there well, but I wouldn't say she rallied to win. To me, that match totally turned on one thing: Auvergne made a huge number of unforced errors. You could tell Simone was pretty upset about it. Any time you have the female player repeatedly going two feet of more into the male player's side to take shots , you got a problem. She played great, he played poorly (for their level.)
