Very true. Poets of the Fall was most definitely performing for real and they really sound this great live, but it should also be obvious why Ilkka Villi would look out of sync at times since he isn't the voice of Alan in the first place and couldn't actually perform even if he wanted to.

Love watching this with Bawk this time instead of YongYea usually. But sucks some stuff in the chat was not so nice and also easily bored, but yeah. Excited for a lot of stuff and ty for putting this on the channel again! Cheers everyone and soup troopers! EDIT: Herald was LIVE, btw. No idea what people say here with lip sync or it not being live. There was some additional vocal layer for Marco/the singer's parts in some parts (like the chorus, iirc), but that was it. I'd be inclined to think that the Mr. Door and Alan part were lip synced, though.

I have no idea what I'll be in for again, I guess :') Ah, and regarding the person asking why they don't speak English; I gotta say they prolly meant since they understand English. But talking it is a different beast (I can understand some Japanese, but couldn't say full sentences myself etc.) And Hideo Kojima finds his English awkward so he avoids it as far as I know.

Though I didn't enjoy Zelda & still have yet to finish it I'm glad it got an award. I had mixed feelings about SF6 getting award I don't think they should of got 1 due to greed it's a fun game but just like MK1 they are both greedy AF. Feel like they will continue to be greedy that's just seems like the norm today.

In most categories it was the only linear narrative game so it was a shoe in, RE4R had so much competition

Agreed. Absolutely absurd that RE4 didn’t win anything. But on the bright side, at least it won best PlayStation game of the year.

Did you even play the game? I assume not, because first of all Alan Wake 2 takes a huge influence from RE2 Remake in its gameplay and is one of the most narratively interesting games to come out in the past 10 years at least. Even if you like RE4 remake, Alan Wake 2 deserved every award it got.
