Great video. Looks good and fun. Something, to mention, is that it now has a cartridge oil filter, adjustable preload on the rear suspension, and retained the kick start. Thank you. I really enjoyed the video.

I have been thinking about buying one of these to scoot around my small town and explore back roads for some summer fun. Not this summer but next of course.

I’ve got two 2021s (his & hers) with ~3,900 miles each. These little bikes are a hoot. Yeah - that under rack “toolbox” is chintzy and flips open with the greatest of ease leaving one’s owners manual & cheap convertible driver along some indeterminate point on a roadside never to be seen again. From moment of delivery, put a little clip in the box secure point

I had a CT 90 in the 70's. One of the primo features was a H/L dual range transmission that you manually selected to switch from upper to lower gears. In low gear the bike would literally climb up a tree. No one's talking about it, so I take it, that, that feature has been dropped. Would have been an instant sale.

Back about 1969 or so my friend had a Trail 90 and we had great adventures on it. It was before the Low/High switch was introduced and instead it had actual rear low/high sprockets which you had to change to use either mode. And I fully agree that the little 90 would climb a tree. It was amazing.

@fouramhq I think there was a difference between a Trail 90 and a CT 90. The CT had big wheels 26 or 28's, the HL trans and no crossbar. The Trail 90 was just a larger version of the Trail 50 and Trail 70

It has been dropped. I think when they added an extra gear nHoinda found that the hi/low box was redundant.

Good luck getting one! Honda has learned how to make them rare and spendy.

This is exactly the color I want. But I cannot find any dealer to order one. Period. !!!!!!!!!!! Olive green with a couple options from the factory. This sucks. I've been looking for months.

Would like to see helmet cam view of actual trail ride and commentary but I don't think a dealer would want it to go on a real trail. Understandable. Other than that nice review. Thanks.

55mph with a light enough rider. There are TONS of mods for these engines and can easily double the power or more and retain reliability. I wouldn't do that, even as a heavier guy and would just focus on losing weight to gain performance for myself.

I like the bike but that solo seat is a deal breaker. If you are a taller person then you cannot slide back for more leg room.

Do not start out from a stop in any other gear than 1st on anything but a downhill, unless you want to replace your clutch pack.
