A little tip for hair elastics: The fabric ones that you showed here (not scrunchies), if they ever get stretched out, just toss them in the dryer with your laundry. Accidentally left one in my jean pocket, went through the entire wash/dry cycle and came out looking brand new. Now I swear by this trick.

Love this video! Your reviews are always so reliable as you are completely honest (in a really constructive way) and that's refreshing. I bought the scrub mommy, infallible foundation, swedish grey cloths and the glass cloths based on your recommendations and love them. My children (grown up) always laugh and ask if my friend Rachel recommended it when I am using something new. Keep the content coming, your videos always make me smile especially when my pain is bad and I need a distraction. So thank you for your beautiful positivity ❤️

Tangle teezer is the ONLY brush I’ve found that gets through my daughters hair without it breaking it. It’s amazing ! I use Aquaphor on everything. A few nights a week, I put it on after skincare. It’s called slugging. It’s done wonders for my face. I have the stick ones in my car, purse, night stand & makeup bag.

I found Maldon salt by looking up coffee and tea recipes from a woman online who is a tea sommelier (her websites are Oh How Civilized and Coffee At Three), and she mentioned it in a recipe as "if you haven't tried this you haven't lived" salt. I bought some and it still always surprises me how salty it is. The pyramid crystals are beautiful too.

Those wet brushes are amazing. My 3.5 yr old son has super long curly hair down to his lower back and we liked using one of those for a long time. Now, we use a wide tooth comb and it's worked wonders with frizz and knots! It's so hard to find good strong stretchy hair bands that work for his hair. He moves around so much, and with the heavy weight of his hair, it falls down within a hour after putting it up. My oldest daughter and I both have the same issue too but it doesn't happen as bad as his lol.

I have a set of Senneny silicone straws that I originally ordered for my grandfather to use because they were soft but since he passed, I've been using them and couldn't be happier. It's a set of 12, 6 straight and 6 bent, they have a nice little canvas storage pouch and came with 2 wire cleaning brushes. I love them because they really aren't any thicker than regular plastic straws, 6mm diameter (you can buy thicker ones too though) but they're also soft, which is amazing because I like to sort of chew on them. I use them mostly for smoothies and even the thin diameter works well. They're a little annoying to clean because they're pliable, but I've gotten pretty good at it. You also can't stir things too well with them because they are soft but for anyone looking for soft, reusable straws, these are great.

A fond memory I have as a kid was going to my friend's house who had an inground pool and his father would throw a bunch of change in the pool and we would dive in to see who could get the most. So that treasure chest is really great to get kids to do something fun while swimming. They didn't make stuff like that when I was little so the adults got creative lol. I love the OXO containers. I keep rice in mine. And the Scrub Family sponges are the only ones we buy. They work great on my stainless steel cookware as well as cleaning my cast iron well with only hot water. I need to look at that juicer. Mine has had some of the enamel chipped off where the fruit goes, so that can’t be good. It’s also hard for me to fully squeeze it with my arthritis. That Chef’n one looks like a good option.

For cuts for your kids I would recommend neosporin instead of aquaphor because neosporin is antibacterial and aquaphor is just a humectant that keeps moisture in - not the best for wounds or cuts (but good for cracked or dry skin)

I love the gimme hair elastics and I’m happy you brought them up in this video!! As a female in the army and me having to wear my hair up all day everyday 5 times a week they are a lifesaver with the breakage it prevents especially bc I’m already damaging my hair with constant washing of gel out of my hair and the constant application of gel and how it has to look clean and smooth and tight but those hair ties give the tight illusion without pulling on the scalp so much!!

Hi Erica, for the first time ever I'm dealing with this and I've been massaging rosemary essential oil into my scalp 3x/ week. I also use the Aveda Rosemary Mint shampoo and conditioner. I am also doing 2 deep conditioning masks each, usually a Monday and a Friday. My go to's for masks are the Amika Soul Food and the Kure additive. My stylist said never sleep with wet hair, if you must put it up, do a low, loose braid and try to avoid heat tools as much as possible. Hope this helps! It's working for me!
