@@duranduran6456 The Legendary Axe, Blazing Lazers and the Alien/Devil's Crush games a few on the TurboGrafx-16. The CD-ROM has the greatest Castlevania game on it. Yea, there are plenty of great games to choose from.

Thank you for watching! I remember looking at TurboGrafx-16 game boxes at the video game stores back in the day. And I remember J.J. and Jeff standing out for some reason. It was all so new at the time. Good times!

@@RetroGamingCapsule You are lucky you got to see the system and games release at the stores. They did not have them where I lived. I am catching up with Turbografx now and am enjoying myself.

@@duranduran6456 well yea, I guess I was in a way. It was definitely incredible to see all these "retro" console now, in their primes or just getting starting etc. The excitement in gaming back then was through the roof! Today's gaming just does not compare in that regard. We were glued to magazines, TV shows, at the malls or stores, etc. Granted we have it a million times easier today than back then in terms of getting information etc. But again, the excitement for games in that era will never be matched again.

@@duranduran6456 I'm very happy for you! The TurboGrafx-16 is an amazing system! I remember seeing the price tag of the TurboGrafx-CD at $399.99 (about $960 in today's money 2024) with like "Fighting Street" (Street Fighter) and like a couple more games available. And that wasn't inuding the actual console which you needed as well. It was pricey. But it was also new and exciting to see technology moving in that direction. Lol, Full Motion Video was a huge deal (marketing) when those CD-ROM add-ons were first hitting the market. We were amazed though. Good times!
