Padded Jaws don't work with Serated Jaws or Rusted Jaws, but they do work with Honing Stone, Bloody Coil and the disarm addons (they may also work with the Lengthened Jaws if the survivor is already injured, but I am unsure) anyway, I've found the first two especially funny where Survivors get injured disarming your barely useful traps or getting put into the dying state after freeing themselves from a trap which doesn't injure.

The trick with the addon, you need to pick them up off the trap instead of attacking them. It goes against most people instincts but its a good way to teach you to grab them instead of attack in most situations. Since it actually gives you more BP if you pick them up in the first place. Keep in mind I am one of those odd people who like to do things in this game for the challenge/hell of it. An example. My fav build as Wraith. ( Keep in mind my build used to be different for a LONG time but they changed perks and it forced me to change the setup. ) Current its = TOTH, Beast of Prey, Distressing, Light Born ( This last one is something I change depending on my mood, but its typically either lightborn or franklins. ) With the Bone Clapper and Beast Soot addons. The old build was a little different. Beast of Prey, BBQ, Distresssing, Then it was what ever I felt like for the last one. It was often Lightborn or Franklins when it got added to the game. ( Franklins most often. ) I would also at times have Unrelenting or STBFL. Addons where once again Bone Clapper and Beast Soot. In both builds you would max out Devious in 3 hits. Hunt would max out quickly as well. It was originally made due to the amount of survivor mains who would ragequit at the time. Since there was no penalties for it on their end. ( But at the time it did punish the killer, eventually they fixed this but it took them years. ) So the build was aimed at getting BP and so forth as fast as possible in the match so if they DCed it did not matter to me. Keep in mind I often get 3 and 4 ks with these builds. But then again I have played the game since beta in 2015 on PC. I am a old Wraith main that knows how to play the game very well with said killer. ( Also original Freddy but they changed him a lot and I just do not like what they turned him into. ) I play around with both strong builds, but also odd builds like the ones I mentioned. The odd builds tend to be my fav. Hell even no build at all or as it was called "Iron" matches. ( No perks, No addons, No offerings except BP offerings. Then its called "Iron X" X being what ever killer or survivor you are playing. )

havent tried, but had an idea with padded jaws, probs just a meme rather than a good idea; run padded jaws with honing stone and stbfl. idk if those combos even work, but in theory, you can farm stbfl stacks like you used to with trapper, due to padded jaws not injuring survivor and honing stone to help offset padded jaws downside. at least you can say padded jaws serves a purpose where no other addon would, whether it's a good build or not is another question
