Max speed is 256 blocks per tick and you fall a minimum of a pixel in a tick of in air so yes unless you made lag machine

You can't build it in a regular world because of entity cramming. it is a gamerule that you have to change so you can have this many cows in 1 place.

i can do a 256 block jump without any ice or anything just plain blocks like dirt just play some blocks below you and then on top of you with no spaces and do that for a lot of times do up and down and up and down do that for how every long you want after you are done that jump so the game renders it as head jumps then at the last second you must have you'r jump be perfect at the last pixel of the block and then you can jump as far as you was (depends of how par you made the head jump thing) so yeah that is world record just easy
