These French guys just demonstrated how a proper chefs night out should go down! This is how Line Cook's drink, all that hard work from serving you food every night purged out in alcohol fueled debauchery! These guys get the true chef award.

Vice you should do a video of the Chef's out night crew, talking about all the episodes, and the best momments. It would be very nice. This one was very good, frenchs know how to have a good time!

I believe in learning step by step. When I came out of Culinary School, I started as a dishwasher by choice. I wanted too learn all positions in a restaurant so that I could appreciate the hard work and dedication for each position. Cooking and Baking has always been my passion and I would never change a thing in the way I learned. As a Chef I found all my team as valuable and always was willing to jump in anywhere I was needed. This made me have a very dedicated and strong team in each position I was in, I was fortunate too have the passion and he desire too succeed! I miss it terribly, all of it! From the stress of putting out delectable food too the comradery with each and ever staff I had. Love watching Munchies!

As someone who works in the industry and watches these vice shorts, I find it ridiculous just how trend driven the restaurant industry is. Every episode has some sort of mezcal being consumed. A year ago it was chartreuse, before that it was fernet branca... And the same goes for the food. Action Bronson is the only motherfucker keeping this shit real.

. JMPRon10 imagine how i feel when i go to a restaurant and still see seared ahi tuna, foie gras (yes that's a trendy food now), foam, bacon wrapped everything on a menu. it's because most of them have no imagination but they are charging the public tons of money. this is one of the reasons y i no longer enjoy dining out.
@walgraevemat9 жыл бұрын
. JMPRon10 I don't get the hate toward these so called trends, isn't it more enjoyable to see a certain type of forgotten food or drink return to the public, getting enjoyed for a certain amount of time and after that make place for another dish of drink, for example the gin and tonic which was really untrendy for a while and now the opposite, like they do in fashion for example?

This show is about chefs who work their asses off practically 24/7 and never get much of a break. This show is their break, as well as informing everyone watching about the amazing restaurants, their produce and their culture in the area. Problem? There shouldn't be one. This show is fucking awesome.
@NikolasSkoufis10 жыл бұрын
I think this exemplifies the European attitude towards alcohol. They went to some restaurants, ate some great good, drank some great drinks, and in the end they were hammered. There's nothing wrong with that. What's not good is when you go out to a bar, scull a litre of vodka and then go an cause mayhem. Completely different attitudes, completely different results.
