Idk about the "Spy ptsd" section, Spys can get annoying but they usually don't survive sapping the engies nest and a kill is a kill. Now Demomen or whole Medic pushes that overrun your nest and proceed to spawncamp... that is where the real trauma happens.

Spam Help! as Engi people are sure to stop for a few seconds and let you get set up right ? Nope.avi Help killing the spy right in front of you sapping my girlfriends. Nah! Engi is good on paper on but needs a lot of help from team to exist against any kind of semi organized offense.. That's why they added frontier justice so die hard engis could try and stay in a match. Sometimes it works but I don't think you should get crits from assists ,it's too easy to farm crits as mini engi. Cheap tactics feel cheap but they are there if you like 🤣
