Unless the 2nd user is related by blood to bakugo, I remember all for one mentioning that he invades the vestige world of not just one for all, but other quirk users which contain the memories of previous generations of that bloodline. What if bakugo tapped into that and met the 2nd user if they are related. But of a stretch but I thought about this when I first saw this chapter.

You have to go back a bit further. AFO mentions a while back about how he would have to deal with vestiges of users when he would take a quirk, but once he passed it on that vestige was no longer there. So it stands to reason, if AFO is passing HIS quirk/a quirk he stole from someone, that they would then be bothered by a pesky AFO vestige who could more or less manipulate them into compliance. I believe AFO and OFA are able to interact in the vestige world 1. because AFO was actively trying to steal OFA at the time, and 2. because AFO gave OFA to the first user and as such has a direct connection (maybe even a vestige hiding in the background) to that quirk factor/vestige world due to the similar natures of both quirks. AFO being the manipulative sunovabitch he is, and having an ironclad will, is able to work in tandem with the vestiges he leaves in others to enact his ultimate goals independent of direct communication. But, its obvious the vestiges have a sort of perception on the outside world. Hell, 5th user noted what deku was doing when he first used black whip, so they can DEFINITELY see whats going on outside and have most certainly seen bakugo and known their connection because of it. Occams Razor is that they simply have a similar appearance/are meant to be analogs to each other in relation to the FIRST and the now LAST users of OFA as their assistance when the world needs them the most. Also im sure horikoshi is just laughing at all of us having trolled the entire community into thinking there is a connection when there isnt and he just liked the design.

Shounen's most popular mangas are about friendship, OFA 2nd user was referring to all Deku's friends as answer to let Deku realize that taking all burden to defeat AFO is not the way how to bring symbol of hope, that they should realize that everyone can be a symbol of hope and can bring hope to anyone and that's the hero way (sounds like Ninja Way). My theory is that Bakogou will give or inspire a new hero name for Deku (as in Deku means "useless person" in Japanese) and this Arc is about putting behind Deku's reckless and self suicidal way, torn costume, pessimistic hero name and at the end of the Arc, Deku will have a new Hero Name and costume. Then next Arc will start on how Deku and the whole UA's squad/heros association can take down Shigaraki and AFO.

I hope Bakugo and the crew bring him a new uniform with accessories. While the Stain vibe was initially cool, his look has become psychotic. Besides he needs a crew. One of the reoccurring themes in MHA is team work. Class 1A works well together. A classic example of this is the Bakugo rescue.

I mean it'll make more sense to the movie as previous users cannot reobtain OFA and even though that version of bakugo didn't have it before the movie, we do see that the quirk contains information and the souls (remnants) of the users so it would make sense the quirk would send itself back to Deku since it still has Bakugo registered as a prior user.

I was so excited when we saw Bakugo in the last panel! finally! Bakugo has been helping Deku a lot with AFO, I believe Bakugo will bring the rational perspective (the balance) to what Deku is going through for him to process ... also Bakugo is an equal to remind him that if he wants to win against Shigaraki and OFA he needs to take care of himself: sleeping, eating, resting. Bakugo always has stressed on those things (stuff like balanced diet) the AFO carriers think they have to do all by themselves but its imposible, one of the things i'd love the most about BNHA is that they highlight so much on teamwork and support from others when is most needed! For me the 2nd user looks like Bakugo, in the same way Nana Shimura looks like Izuku's mom... like destiny, like an spiritual connection between everyone who is close to what AFO is

I just gotta put this theory out, I think the 2nd user is bakugos great great grandpappy (on dads side, brown ish hair) and for the quirk argument since one side has nitro and the other glycerin, it's not impossible that he does have a basic nitro quirk and that gauntlet is some kind of activator or detonator or whatever thus allowing him a rudimentary explosion with some kind of direction control via the gauntlets shape. Idk just my thoughts, I don't think it's time travel personally but anythings possible.
