Hi mate I'm new to zwift, I'm trying to find the threshold workout, I can't find it anywhere, do I create these myself in the custom part or is there a way I can search and find them?

These are all custom workouts I'd suggest creating for yourself, although there are similar ones already made!

Vo2 max not as hard? If done properly, you shouldn’t have anything left by the workout

Hey! Great point! If any of these are too hard then I’d suggest looking to cut down the duration of the intervals and replace that with extra rest.
