In this video I show you step by how to get rid of bacteria, and tonsil stones that are stuck in your tonsils.
Having holes in the tonsils are normal.
These holes are at the back of the throat and their main purpose is to trap bacteria so as to act as filter bacterial and virus in your food.
Tonsil stones occur when debris in the food becomes trapped in the holes and formed into white stones.
They can grow and it can cause infection damaging the holes. It will also causes bad breath at the same time.
This video will show you step by step to get rid of the stones by massaging and breathing techniques to relax the muscles do the the stuck stone can be remove by it self naturally.

Sir I got severe tonsillitis problem as ENT doctor from Goa India has diagnosed. He has given me medicine n said if not done in three days then I have to be admitted. I doesn't want to.
