Masha Allah I watched the video, and will make this gargle concoction for my 10 years old .. doc wants to remove her adenoids, that are swollen and says he will remove tonsils as well as now they are no longer needed rather becoming problematic… she doesn’t get sick more frequently but she faces nasal congestion , she becomes mouth breather at night when this episode comes and her voice gets effected too … I am doing home remedies.. you diagnosis about Stomach PH and stress is convincing, I feel she takes stress.. she is gaining weight .. she doesn’t eat like kids or her age but this is affecting her confidence as well.. kindly do you have remedies for adenoids as well ?
