...ma girata del polso (aiutandosi con il pollice sul rovescio e con l'indice nel dritto) devi avvenire un po' prima e al momento dell'impatto o successivamente quando già la pallina ha lasciato il piatto?

Ciao Domenico. Grazie per il tuo commento. Allora il polso inizia a ruotare prima dell'imputato perché deve portare la testa della racchetta in avanti verso la palla. Poi continua un'altro po' anche subito dopo l'impatto. Buon tennis. 🎾 🎾 🎾
