Cure is permanent, the change is that you can't stack it. Before the change, you could cure Billy Bob several times, and go down to 1 potato to emerald.

The three musketeers. Yup one cute for a permanent discount (I have books that used to be fairly pricey and are now 1 emerald) area of effect is temporary. Ya have to wait a bit (like a full day) for them to work and reset to lower discount trade.

You can directly infect them once and it's permanent. It no longer stacks. The AoE effect (other villagers nearby) is temporary.

You should be able to pick up the vein again fairly easily if you dig around behind the tuff. You do understand that you are _begging_ us to suggest "Potato Man", and "Larry", "Curly", and "Moe"??? (Yeah; yeah, you do.) Well, ok, how about "Farmer Potato McPotatoface" instead? ;) His nickname, of course, is "Potato Man".) And given the season, maybe "Caspar", "Melchior", and "Balthasar" would do for the Three Stooges??? It's great that you're overflowing with ideas for landscaping and builds! I'm looking forward to where this goes. I'm also suddenly inspired to build an open porch-like roof now myself...which kind of sucks, since my base is in a cold biome where I still need to put string or something at build limit to prevent snow buildup on my greenhouse and conservatory roofs), and I haven't settled on any warm biome site yet.

The snow layers can be really annoying when building in a cold biome. Wish there was a easier way to deal with it vs building up super high out of sight

@@SlackLizard Amusingly, I built the greenhouses just to keep the snow out of my way, but then decided that I couldn't suspend disbelief about sunlight actually getting through to grow things, so I started hanging lanterns inside the roof to melt the snow...but I don't like how it looks when I have enough lanterns to cover the necessary area! :facepalm:

Agreed. You can get the reduced trades and they stay forever, but no longer allowed to stack curing to reduce all trades to 1 emerald. You only get one level of price reduction and not the 5 as previously.
